We use locking caribsaners for hay nets, blocker tie rings, buckets, breakaway break cables, gate chains, etc. the locking ones prevent the mouthy horses from getting lips hung. We clip them on our blocker tie rings and then clip them to twine. Twine will break if the blocker tie ring fails. https://a.co/d/7QxZM6V
