Why is Riding so Hard?
For those of you who struggle with fear and anxiety when you ride. YOU ARE NORMAL. As I get older my worries over getting hurt become hard to overcome. And let's face it...I've had a few wrecks with some truly nasty horses. I think the older I get the more aware I am of the consequences. And babies make poor choices at first. I think if you don't have self preservation that make your fears surface then you may need to seek professional psychological help 😂.
