Trainer’s Tip Tuesday

Our horses benefit from strengthening exercises. These exercises can be performed anywhere. I particularly love hills. Hills can be ridden forwards and backwards. I will give you two of my favorite exercises. Keep in mind, if your horse has not yet achieved functional posture and spinal alignment, these exercises may only be able to be performed for a few steps or a few feet. Allow your horse time to build up to the exercises.
