Be committed. Don’t hesitate. Make a move and commit to it.

If the pain is not addressed the horse will continue to be “snappy” and have poor communication much like a human with an incessant headache

Be positive. You are supposed to be having fun and there are much worse ways to spend a day. You are getting to be on the back of your horse

Your horse didn’t volunteer to go to the show. Enjoy the ride and thank them for their efforts. They are solely there fulfilling our dreams

The weather was BEAUTIFUL and perfect for teaching at Clearview Horse Farm in Shelbyville, TN. We have a group of super dedicated horsewomen who spend the weekend learning how to become better partners for the equine partners. Thank you for having me.

I spent last weekend in New England. It was beautiful and a nice relief from the heat.

I escaped the Texas heat to judge a show at the Beautiful Full Circle Farm in New Hampshire. The venue was amazing! We had a beautiful outdoor course with an incredible water complex. Wendy did a fabulous job preparing the facility. Kat’s organization of the show paperwork is mind boggling. Nothing was left undone.
