Friendly reminders

Good chilly day all!
I know the holidays are in full swing and everyone is busy. I do need to give some friendly reminders.
Invoices for lessons are due on the date of or before the first lesson of the month. I will start applying late fees if not paid on time.
Lesson package discounts are for those committing to improvement by taking multiple lessons per month. You have 31 days, in most cases, to use the lessons or lose them. I have had a lot of serial cancellations the last two months with people wanting to carry over their lesson from a package purchase to 2026. Unfortunately, it doesn’t work that way. The discount is based on the number of lessons you commit to in a 31 day period. The discount is a bonus for your commitment to the growth of the partnership between you and your horse. If you prefer lessons that do not expire, you may purchase single lessons at $90 per lesson (until 1/1/26, at which point they increase to $100). These terms are outlined in our price list and our cancellation policy is on the website.
I do my best to work with rescheduling. I can’t always accommodate your need to reschedule in the allotted time frame of your package. When you schedule a lesson, you are committing to that date and time. That means I refuse other clients that space. I have a commitment to all my clients and I can’t just move lessons to accommodate your need to reschedule. Please respect my time and do not schedule lessons you do not plan to attend.
I am booking lessons for 2026. Any lessons booked AND paid for by 12/31/2025 will receive 2025 pricing. Prices increase on 1/1/2026.
All clinics booked by 12/31/2025, will receive 2025 pricing. I must receive deposit and contract to book a clinic.
All training and rehab booked by 12/31/2025, will receive 2025 pricing. I must receive contract and deposit to book.
We do have halters and hackamores if you are looking for last minute gift ideas!
I hope everyone has a healthy and safe holiday season! 2026 is right around the corner! Looking forward to seeing everyone’s growth next year.
